How to control the heat in body. it causes loss of weight, hair fall, tiredness.?

Regular exercise, food rich in carbs and fats (and fever :P) - increases body heat


Water intake, calming activities (meditation) - bring the temperature down.





Increase in body heat may reduce weight and make you feel tired, but I am not sure it has anything to do with hair fall, which is usually from malnutrition, illness or genetic causes.How to control the heat in body. it causes loss of weight, hair fall, tiredness.?
